Now you can register and reserve your spot for the July 2010 Germanna Conference and Reunion.  You can register and pay online or you can send your registration information and fees to Germanna by snail mail if you prefer. 

The Germanna Foundation worked very hard to make the costs as affordable as possible.  Taking into account certain fixed costs for food, tents, etc., every effort was made to insure that attendees get the most bang for their buck. 

Because of  this effort to insure the lowest possible prices to attend the various events, the Germanna Foundation is also providing the opportunity for those with greater means to make a Conference and Reunion contribution to help defray some of these costs. 

This is a strictly voluntary contribution as the total pricing structure is designed to provide the opportunity for the largest number of people to attend without Germanna actually losing money.

The menu below sets forth your many options to make the July 16-18, 2010 Germanna Conference and Reunion the absolute best ever.  After deciding what is best for you, register for your selected events by clicking on the link that follows the menu to pay online for your selections or clicking on the link for registering by mail.  And if you can make an extra donation that will be much appreciated as well.

July 16 Friday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Rapidan River Canoe Adventure  - Start 10am at the Germanna Visitor Center. Box lunch will be provided.  Only 40 spots available. (Children must be older than 10) First come, first served.  This ride requires individuals to be able to row. This is not a sit and watch ride but a true adventure. Two persons per canoe.  Register now.

Cancellations:  A non-refundable fee of $50 applies to all registrations except early bird registrations which are non-refundable.  Based upon extenuating circumstances, registrants may apply for cancellation of registration (except for early bird registrations which are non-refundable) and for a partial refund by calling the Foundation Office (540) 423-1700 until June 30, 2010.  Requests for refunds cannot be accepted after 5:00 p.m. June 30 due to confirmed guarantees with caterers and other vendors.


Office hours are 1 to 5 P.M. Tuesday through Saturday. Out of town visitors are urged to call to confirm or to make special arrangements for groups.
