Governor McDonnell is seeking over 4,000 individuals to serve on the Commonwealth of Virginia's boards and commissions. All qualified and service-minded Virginians are encouraged to participate in the government of our Commonwealth by offering to serve on a board or commission, or by recommending qualified candidates. Many of the members of the Germanna Foundation have had a 300-year head start on being acquainted with Virginia's needs, and would make excellent candidates. The deadline for submitting your resume and responding to some on-line questions is April 22, 2010. Virginians, don't delay!
